2015: Named to the All-Ivy League second team, the third all-conference honor in his career ... Second on the team among field players with 1,410 minutes logged, starting all 16 games in his final season as a midfielder/defender ... Took 15 corner kicks on the season and had 11 shots on goal ... Netted a goal in the 2-0 win at Princeton (10/17).

2014: Earned All-Ivy League honorable mention honors for the second time in his career ... Tied for the team high with three assists while adding one goal for five points on the season ... One of two Lions to have played in all 16 games, while earning the start in 12 contests ... Scored the game-winning goal at Yale (11/1), sending a corner kick inside the post to give Columbia the 2-1 win.

2013: Played a team-high 1,413 minutes, starting all 17 games for Columbia … Tallied four goals for eight points in splitting time between midfield and defense … Tied for the team-high with three game-winning goals, his first coming against Iona (9/14) … Found the back of the net in 3-0 shutout of Manhattan (9/18) …  Credited with the game-winner in the Lions shutout victory over Fordham (9/29) … Headed in the game-winner off a corner kick with just 12 seconds left against Binghamton (10/22).

2012: Named All-Ivy League honorable mention ... Started all 16 games as a first-year ... Played a team-high 1,345 minutes ... Recorded 11 shots and attempted three corner kicks ... Played the entire match at Sacred Heart (9/2/12) ... Scored first collegiate goal at Brown (9/29/12) ... Assisted on the game-winner at Penn (10/6/12).

Fair Lawn: A three-year letterwinner at Fair Lawn High School, Matarazzo is a two-time Bergen County All-League selection. In two seasons the midfielder tallied 20 goals and 15 assists in the 2010 and 2011 seasons. He was a member of the New York Red Bulls club team that finished the regular season fourth in the nation in 2012.
