(Indoor) Earned a pair of Second Team All-Ivy League honors with second place finishes in the 5,000m and 3,000m at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24) ... Set a PR (8:02.15) with a second place finish in the 3,000m at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 24-26). (Outdoor) Earned First Team All-Ivy League Honors after defending Ivy League title in the 10,000m at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5) ... Set a PR (4:05.51) in the One Mile Run at the Ocean State Invitational (Apr. 12-13), finishing first ... Crossed second in the 5,000m setting a PR time of 13:53.51 at the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 29-30) ... Ran the 10,000m in 32:06.67 to take the crown at the Heps ... 2017-18 (Junior): (XC) Earned first team All-Ivy League honors with a seventh-place finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, crossing the line in 25:05 ... Finished in 60th place in the 10K at the Northeast Regional in 33:29 ... Was 13th at the Sam Bell Invitational in 25:00 ... Took third during the Iona Meet of Champions in 25:41. (OTF) Earned his first Ivy League title, winning the 10,000m at Outdoor Heps in 30:20.67 … Ran a career best 13:59.18 in the 5,000m at the Virginia Challenge, becoming just the third runner in program history to run under 14 minutes … Once again qualified for the NCAA East Prelims, taking part in the 5,000m run.
2016-17 (Sophomore): (XC) Qualified for the NCAA Championships, where he ran a 10K time 31:04.4 … Earned an individual and team gold at the Stony Brook Invitational with an 8K time of 25:53.2 … Finished 13th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships crossing the 8K line in 24:13.0 to take second team All-Ivy honors … Completed the NCAA Northeast Regionals 10K race in 30:47.7 earning, him an 11th place finish and aiding the Lions to a 5th place team finish. (T&F) Improved a career best in the 5,000m at 14:10.90, qualifying for the NCAA East Prelims in the event ... Finished fifth at Outdoor Heps in the same event at 14:21.70.
