2018-19 (Senior): (XC) Ran a personal best time of 21:24.9 in the 6K at the Marist Season Opener (Oct. 12). (Indoor) Collected eight top five finishes and three first place finishes through the season ... Earned First Team Indoor All-Ivy League honors ... Opened the indoor season finishing sixth in the 1,000-Meter Run, running the race in a PR time of 2:22.74 ... Came in first in the 500-Meter Run with a time of 1:04.05 at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet ... Racked up a pair of top three finishes at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 24-26), helping Columbia's Distance Medley Relay finish first with a time of 9:38.93 and coming in second with a time of 1:51.35 in the 800-Meter Run ... Earned Indoor All-Ivy League honors as a part of the 4x880-Meter Relay team that came in first with a time of 7:35.85 at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24) ... Finished third in the 800m, with a time of 1:51.11, at those same Heps. (Outdoor) Finished top five in five races ... Earned First Team Outdoor All-Ivy League Honors ... Began season as a member of the 4x800 Relay team that finished third at the Florida Relays (Mar. 28-30) with a time of 7:21.97 ... Ran the 400-Meter in 50.39 to finish third at the Ocean State Invitational (Apr. 12-13) ... Helped Columbia's 4x800 Relay team finish first with a time of 7:32.08 at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5), earning Outdoor All-Ivy League honors in the process ... Finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:50.68 at those same Heps.

2017-18 (Junior): (Indoor) Earned All-Ivy League honors as part of the 4x800m relay team that finished second at Indoor Heps ... Also claimed third in the 800m at the same meet, clocking a 1:52.77 in the final ... Ran a season best 1:50.85 in the 800m at the BU Valentine Invitational ... Won the 1,000m during the Dr. Sander Invitational, clocking the ninth best time in program history at 2:23.53 ... Part of the DMR team that was second during the IC4A/ECAC Championships in 9:46.25. (Outdoor) Returned to the NCAA East Prelims in the 800m run after a season best 1:48.40 at Outdoor Heps, where he finished second … Anchored the 4x800m relay team to first at the same meet … Won his heat of the 800m at the Virginia Challenge in 1:50.86.

2016-17 (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the 800m, with a season best 1:49.70 at the West Point Twilight Meet ... Finished third at the Ivy League Outdoor Heps in the 800m, clocking a 1:54.12 ... Helped Columbia to a eighth place finish in the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays ... Part of the winning 4x800m relay team at Indoor Heps, while taking second in the 800m at 1:50.84. 

2015-16 (First-Year): Part of the school record breaking 4x800m relay team that finished second at Penn Relays in 7:20.41 ... Helped the Lions to a third place finish in the same event at the Indoor Ivy League Championships, before qualifying for the final in the Ivy League Outdoor 800m ... Ran a season best 1:50.72 in the 800m during the prelims of the Ivy League Outdoor Championships.

Personal: Langstaff comes to Columbia with personal bests of 50.75 in the 400m, and 1:51.36 in the 800m ... The 2015 Oregon 6A State Champion in the 800m run.
