Winter Prospect Camp Set for January 19

Registration is $280 and includes a camp t-shirt.
The camp will consist of a defensive breakdown period as well as an offensive rotation. Pitchers will throw bullpens and work with Rapsodo to see their metrics. There will also be a simulated game for positional players in order to evaluate game speed skills.
During the winter months, Columbia varsity sports teams have access to a brand-new indoor winter practice facility, the Bubble at Baker, a Seasonal Air-Supported Structure (SASS) located at Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium.
Located at Columbia's Baker Athletics Complex (corner of Broadway and 218th Street) and adjacent to the Campbell Sports Center, the Bubble at Baker is a heated air-supported dome enclosing Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium and field. The facility also features a Field Turf Revolution 360 playing surface, which was installed in October 2017.
The structure features two 75-foot cages and enough room to set up two infield diamonds to use for instruction. At the winter camp, each player will receive instruction from the Columbia baseball staff as well as current and former student-athletes and local Division III coaches.
