Biography

2023: Drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 16th round (479th overall)... Appeared in 44 games and made 42 starts behind the plate… Second Team All-Ivy League selection… The captain was named one of 13 semifinalists on the Buster Posey National Collegiate Catcher of the Year Award Watch List which honors the best division one catcher in the country… Picked off five runners on the basepaths and caught 14 runners stealing, which was the most in the Ivy League… Batted .309 with 51 hits, 11 doubles, nine home runs, 41 RBIs, and posted a .435 on-base percentage… Hit the team’s record-breaking 65th home run of the season on 4/25 at Army West Point… Walked five times on 5/20 against Princeton, which tied a program record for most walks in a single game (no other Ivy League batter walked five times in a game in 2023)... Ranked No. 33 on D1 Baseball's Week 12 Top 50 Catchers List; Was ranked No. 37 on D1 Baseball's Preseason Top 50 Catchers List and No. 45 on the previous list earlier in the season.

2022: Appeared and started in 46 games... Batted .306 with 49 hits (22 for extra bases)... Belted seven home runs and drove in 41 runs... Produced a .563 SLG percentage and .429 OBP... Posted the second-highest OPS (.992)... Was a First Team All-Ivy selection.

2020: Made six starts behind the plate … Hit .211 with home run and three RBI … Was 2-for-4 with a dinger and three RBIs at Nebraska … Posted first career hit at Fresno State (2/29 – Game 2).
