NEW YORK – Columbia Women's Soccer and Head Coach
Tracey Bartholomew have announced the Lions' 2025 schedule, which features a competitive blend of non-conference and Ivy League matchups. The season will open at home on Friday, August 22, as the Lions host Hofstra at Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium.
The following Sunday, August 24, Columbia travels to Villanova for a duel against the Wildcats. After that, the Lions will head to California for back-to-back games, starting with a contest against Pepperdine on Thursday, August 28, followed by a Sunday game against Loyola Marymount on August 31.
Columbia will return to the East Coast for a road game against St. John's on Thursday, September 4, before wrapping up the non-conference slate with a trip to Fordham on Thursday, September 11, and a final home match against Monmouth on Sunday, September 14.
Columbia's Ivy League slate will kick off on Saturday, September 20, in Ithaca against Cornell.
The following weekend, on Saturday, September 27, the Lions will return to New York to face Brown at home. This Lions will be looking to avenge their loss to the Bears in the 2024 Ivy League Tournament Semifinals.
In October, the Lions will continue their Ivy League schedule with a trip to Dartmouth on Saturday, October 4, followed by a home matchup with Penn on Sunday, October 12. Columbia will then host Yale on Saturday, October 18, before concluding the month with a road contest against Princeton on Saturday, October 25.
The Lions will return home on Saturday, November 1, to face Harvard in the regular season finale.
The Ivy League Tournament will take place the following weekend, with the semifinals scheduled for Friday, November 7, and the final on Sunday, November 9. The top four teams from the conference will compete for the coveted league championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
