Baseball Welcomes Princeton for Final Ivy Series

Ivy Champion Lions have won nine straight
NEW YORK — Columbia baseball wraps up the Ivy League gauntlet with Princeton from Robertson Field at Satow Stadium. With the schedule being adjusted due to the forecast, Friday's game is set for 2 p.m. and Saturday's doubleheader is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m.
The games between the Lions (24-14, 12-3) and Tigers (16-22, 11-7) can be watched live on ESPN+ or followed via live stats. Ryan Young will have the broadcast call. Columbia will recognize its seniors between Saturday's games and will celebrate its Ivy League Championship after the second game of the doubleheader.
Last Time Out
Owen Estabrook blasted a walk-off double to score Eric Jeon and give Columbia baseball a 9-8 victory in 10 innings on Tuesday afternoon from Robertson Field at Satow Stadium. It was Columbia's ninth straight win, which is currently tied for the longest active winning streak in the country.
Jack Cooper led the offense with a four-hit game and Jeon added three hits. Griffin Palfrey got the win after pitching a scoreless ninth and 10th inning.

Columbia baseball powered past Cornell last weekend at Booth Field to capture its 16th Ivy League Championship. The Lions have locked up the No. 1 seed and will host the Ivy League Tournament from Robertson Field at Satow Stadium, which is set for May 17-20. With three road conference sweeps over Dartmouth, Brown, and now Cornell, Columbia has won all of its road league games this season for the first time since Ivy League baseball's inception in 1993.
