Columbia baseball split its Saturday doubleheader at Brown, falling 6-1 in the opener before handing the Bears their largest conference loss this season with a dominant 11-2 victory in game two. In the nightcap, Thomas Santana put on a clinic on the mound, striking out six while allowing just one run over seven innings of work.
The offense backed him in a big way, as Jackson Brewer and Jack Kail each launched home runs and drove in three runs apiece.
Sunday's tiebreaker was postponed due to impending inclement weather. A makeup date has not yet been announced.

This marks the 13th all-time meeting between the two programs, with the Seawolves holding an 8-4 advantage in the series. In the most recent matchup, Columbia earned a 6-3 victory at Stony Brook in 2025.
Sunday also marks the first time the Wolverines will travel to Columbia since 2012.
