2015: In her first season, the goalkeeper was monumental for Columbia with 15 starts and earned second team All-Ivy League honors.... Posted a goals-against average of 6.25 during the Lions' four-game win streak, the team's first since 2009.... Gedin led the Ivy League in saves per game, stopping an average of 9.13 shots, giving her a season-total of 137 saves.... At Fredricksburg Academy: Gedin was a three-sport athlete in basketball, field hockey, and lacrosse. She was a four-year goalie in both field hockey and lacrosse, earning a combined eight varsity letters. She is a two-time Virgina All-State selection in lacrosse, with 151 saves in 2013 and 103 saves in 2014. In goal, she helped lead the Falcons to back-to-back VISAA DII State Championship titles in 2012 and 2013. She capped her senior season as the Free Lance Star Lacrosse Player of the Year.
