2019 (Junior)
An All-Ivy League honorable mention selection ... Played and started in all 15 contests as a junior captain ... Anchored Columbia's defense, posting career-bests with 13 caused turnovers and 25 ground balls ... Dished out her first two career assists against Yale on April 13 ... Season-best five ground balls and three caused turnovers against Villanova on March 19.

2018 (Sophomore)
Made 11 starts in 14 games played, tallying 13 ground balls and a 12 caused turnovers ... Three caused turnovers and three ground balls in a road win at Yale (4/7).

2017 (First-Year)
Put together a string of eight-consecutive games between 2/19 and 3/22 with at least one caused turnover or more ... Tallied four ground balls and a caused turnover in the Lions first program win over Dartmouth (3/5).

HIGH SCHOOL
The New York native was a highly decorated defender for the three-time NSCHSGAA Catholic High School AA Champions, St. Anthony’s High School. She is a three-time All-Catholic League honoree and earned Under Armour All-America honors in 2015. In her senior season she collected 45 ground balls and 20 caused turnovers. The two-time All-Academic recipient also displayed excellence in the classroom. Adamo maintained membership in the National Honor Society from 2014-2016, the National Honor Society of Scholars in 2015 -2016 and graduated in the top 10% of her class. No stranger to the Columbia blue and white, her father is a Columbia College class of 1982 graduate.
